Here’s our first proper look at the returning GM Mode in the upcoming WWE 2K22, hosted by the one and only, Stephanie McMahon.
It’s been a while since we have seen the GM Mode in WWE games. In fact, the last GM Mode was 15 years ago (yes, it’s been that long) in 2008s, WWE Smackdown vs Raw. Alas, the popular mode is coming back, and it looks better than ever.

The latest Ringside Report is hosted by Creative Director Lynell Jinks, Art Producer Christina Diem Pham, Design Director Alan Flores, Producer Bryan Fritz, and Senior Designer Chris Misenas.

In GM Mode you’ll be running the whole damn show. From TV brands such as Raw and Smackdown, as well as the biggest live premium shows such as Wrestlemania, Summer Slam, Royal Rumble, Survivor Series and more.
Draft superstars (including legends), sign free agents, book storylines and rivals all leading up to the payoff match. You’ll even have control over match types, venues, production and more. Of course, you’ll also have to keep track of those all-important ratings.

WWE 2K22 will release for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S for Deluxe and nWo 4-Life Editions on March 8th or March 11th for the standard editions.
