We could say that we’ve been waiting for an ‘age’ for a new trailer for BioWare’s Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, but alas we’ve been treated to a new trailer. Finally!

Unfortunately, the trailer itself never featured any gameplay, but we did get a tease at its stunning in-game engine environments and it certainly did not disappoint. What’s more, BioWare also teased that a full reveal for Dragon Age: Dreadwolf will be taking place during the summer of 2024. I know, it’s a long wait, but at least we have a plan. Oh, and it’s officially happening on Dragon Age Day.

As detailed in a press release from BioWare, the locations in the recent trailer featured: “the desolate yet beautiful badlands of the Anderfels, the twisting canals and gleaming towers of Antiva, and the turquoise seas of Rivain which are just some of the locales waiting for players.”

At this time a release date for Dragon Age: Dreadwolf hasn’t been announced. However, it was recently reported that it may be released at some point in 2024. So let’s say that rumour is true, could we see a winter release following the full reveal in the summer? Only time will tell.

Dragon Age: Dreadwolf will be released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
