2K has released a snazzy developer diary style video that details the process in making the Golf courses of PGA Tour 2K21 as detailed, and realistic as possible.  The courses that feature in the game will be mapped from start to finish, top to bottom with the aid of a drone to get a birds-eye perspective.

In this trailer, we see the Course Mapping process used to implement the East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta from real-life to game.  Shaun West, Senior Producer at HB Studios had this to say on the design process in PGA Tour 2K21Our goal is to make the PGA Tour 2K21 in-game TPC course recreations as detailed as possible, so it feels like you’re actually playing the course alongside top PGA TOUR pros,”.  West added “To see professionals play these courses on TV, and then watch each come to life as playable courses within the game, is an incredibly cool process to see. We’re excited for our fans to be able to experience it as well.
