It’s no secret that survival horror fans have been longing for a new game in the seemingly forgotten Dino Crisis series.

In recent years, fans have been puzzled by Capcom showing little interest in giving us a new Dino Crisis game whether it’s a remake or a new game entirely. At least that is what it feels like looking from the outside. However, recent Capcom surveys have at least suggested that a new Dino Crisis could be on the cards one day, but most of the developer’s focus appears to be on Resident Evil for obvious reasons.

That being said, a survey that was published last month which is still accessible today has asked fans what games they’d like to see remade or whether they’d prefer totally new games. Some of the series mentioned in the ‘Capcom Super Election’ survey not only included the likes of Resident Evil and Dino Crisis but also Dead Rising, Onimusha and much more. What’s more, according to Twitter user HazzadorGamin, Dino Crisis was the most requested game in the survey.

Hopefully, Capcom will act upon the interest of fans and give us a new Dino Crisis game as well as a remake of Resident Evil Code: Veronica, of course. I’ll keep you posted if I hear more information.
