Our Lives Have Been Made Better, Kiryu and Majima Karaoke Play-Lists are Now on Spotify

I may have been quite late to the party, but once I was introduced to the world of SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s Yakuza series, I was enthralled almost instantly.  With its mix of lovable, yet strong lead characters, combination of seriousness and humour when it needs to and it’s not-to-oversized open-worlds full of life and no shortage of entertaining activities.  The Yakuza series quickly become one of my most beloved series’ in recent time.

One of my favourite activities and one of the first I hunt down, before you know, saving someone in need are the highly entertaining karaoke mini-games.  The karaoke in Yakuza offers you a selection of songs in a rhythm-based mini game, with some brilliant back-drops, that can often be a little too distracting for their own good.  If you’ve played the Yakuza karaoke mini-games before, at this point you will likely have a certain song and accompanying backdrop playing in your head right now (or you can refresh your memory video the video below).

 

As of late, some favourite Spotify playlists have appeared such as Konami’s Silent Hill and Metal Gear Solid, well now to lighten the mood tenfold, SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have added the Yakuza karaoke playlist to brighten up your day!  As an added bonus, you can choose from a selection of songs from not only lead character Kazuma Kiryu, but also from Goro Majima, the undisputed karaoke kings of the Yakuza criminal underworld.
