Woolfe – The Red Hood Diaries Available Now On Steam Early Access

 

GRIN Studios have announced that their action platformer Woolfe – The Red Hood Diaries will be available to play on Steam from today (January 27th) via Early Access. The Kickstarter title is still scheduled for a full release on March 17th, but the studio wanted to receive some feedback of what it had created so far.

GRIN’s founder and CEO Wim Wouters said:

“The team at GRIN’s has been working hard on the game and we’re looking forward to receiving valuable player feedback through Early Access so that we can deliver an exciting experience that Red would be proud of.”

Releasing a game on Early Access shouldn’t come as a surprise, especially for a Kickstarter game. This allows the game, which was crowd-funded, to be tested by the public so GRIN can release the best game they can. After playing the Gamescom build of Woolfe – The Red Hood Diaries last year, I was impressed with the combination of platforming and action, and thought the art style was wonderful.
