Stunning Planet of Lana gets new Spring 2023 release date

The stunning “off-earth odyssey” Planet of Lana gets a new Spring 2023 release date for PC and Xbox.
Initially, Planet of Lana was supposed to release at some point in 2022. However, it will now launch next year. The release for the delay is to give the game some extra time to cook in the oven. Which is fair game for me. Planet of Lana already looks like an exciting game, so I want it to be the best it can be.

“We’re sorry that completing development on Planet of Lana will take longer than initially expected, but we promise it will be worth the wait,” said Wishfully director Adam Stjärnljus. “Planet of Lana has been a passion project for us for a long time, so we want to ensure that when it’s finally available that people are getting it in pristine condition.”

Furthermore, Planet of Lana will launch on day one on Xbox Game Pass, so that’s a nice little bonus for subscribers.
Planet of Lana is set on a mysterious alien world and: “tells the story of Lana and her loyal animal companion Mui as they embark on a rescue mission to save her sister. This touching tale is experienced through the lens of a cinematic side-scrolling gameplay format, as players explore a colourful world full of stunning environments, strange creatures and dangerous machines.”
