Tekken 8 live-action trailer builds release date hype
The release of Tekken 8 is nearly upon us and Bandai Namco has released an awesome live-action trailer to further build the hype ahead of its big launch.
The live-action trailer in question is called ‘Get Ready for the Next Battle’ and features cameos from four-time Tekken world champion Arsian Ash, as well as popular pro-Tekken players and content creators Gen1us, KingJae and Sephiblack.
“This live-action trailer, directed by Lukas TIELKE, focuses on some of the core values that Tekken 8 represents and the specific thrill and excitement people feel right before a fight or a competition. This spectacular trailer showcases how the thrill of a fight can gather people of all ages, nationalities, and backgrounds, both newcomers and professional players with a viral effect,” reads the press release from Bandai Namco. “In the same way, Tekken has been bringing players together for 30 years now, with the desire to compete, fight and have fun.”
Tekken 8 will be released on 26 January for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
