Valhalla is the Most Successful Assassin’s Creed Launch Ever

Ubisoft has revealed that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has had the most successful launch in the entire Assassin’s Creed series.

During its opening week Assassin’s Creed Valhalla while Ubisoft hasn’t revealed exact figures they reveal that it has shifted more copies since the series began in 2007.

The previous sales record during its launch window belonged to Assassin’s Creed 3 which released in 2012 and sold more than 3.5 million copies.

It should really come as little surprise that Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has had such a successful launch when you consider that it’s shipped on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Google Stadia.  However I wouldn’t mind seeing those sale numbers at some point.
