Horizon Forbidden West sequel casually confirmed

Guerilla Games has casually confirmed the sequel to Horizon Forbidden West.

As reported by Eurogamer, in an update from Guerrilla Games it was announced that its studio and executive producer, Angie Smets is starting a new job as head of development strategy at PlayStation Studios

This means that Joel Eschler (studio and production director), Hella Schmidt (studio director and general manager) and Jan-Bart van Beek (studio director and art director) are now in charge of the studio. However, it was where when the sequel was casually confirmed.

The update reads: “We have full confidence in our new leadership as they steer Guerrilla towards a bright future, expanding the world of Horizon with Aloy’s next adventure and our exciting online project.”

So year, a sequel to Horizon Forbidden West is on the way, shocking. The expansion to Horizon Forbidden West, Burning Shores is out now for PlayStation 5.
