Sony Are Still Developing The Last Guardian After Loosing Trademark

It’s true; The Last Guardian has lost its trademark. However, this doesn’t mean the title still isn’t in development.

After an evening of rumours and false information Sony emerged and spoke to VideoGamer.net and stated “The Last Guardian is still in development” However, Sony did not comment on the loss of The Last Guardian trademark.

I personally have a feeling we will see The Last Guardian at E3 2015, and will be playable on the show floor, with a name change. The title has been in development well before their initial announcement back in 2009, and was originally announced for the PS3.  Last summer, Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida said that Team Ico was “Development couldn’t be better” on the title.  As always, we’ll keep you posted on any further The Last Guardian news (or whatever else it may now be called).
