Humble Deep Silver Bundle – August 2013

 

Today, the new Humble Bundle arrived to strike another mark in wallets everywhere. For those of you that don’t know what the Humble Bundle is; it’s a bundle of games that you pay what you want for, with there being bonus games if you pay more than the average. Usually, there’s a bunch of Indie Games, but now and again you get a wonderful bundle like this one, with AAA titles.

In my opinion, this is one of the better bundles that have graced the scenes, with there being some awesome games involved. I jumped on that bundle as soon as I saw it was up, and managed to grab me a key before the e-mail was even received to let me know it was available.

The games included this time around are;

– Risen 2: Dark Waters
– Sacred 2: Gold Edition

– Saint’s Row: The Third Full Package (The DLC)

-Dead Island: Riptide

 

I only got the “Above-the-average” bundle as Riptide isn’t too appealing for me right now, but I am super excited to finally get my hands on Saint’s Row: The Third. I decided not to get it during the Steam sale, and I am glad that I didn’t. I’ve also been recommended Sacred 2, so I am looking forward to being able to play that. Though, as always, maybe the Humble Bundle has just added to my extensive list of games I own that I won’t end up ever playing.
