Dead Rising 2: Case Zero plot details revealed

Capcom has revealed some plot details behind Case Zero – a back-story to Dead Rising 2’s prequel. Case Zero is an Xbox Live exclusive, which shows Chuck Green as the main character trying to save his precious daughter after she’s taken a bite from a zombie.

Chuck is required to inject her with a vaccine called Zombrex, but his car containing the vaccine is stolen. This leaves Chuck and his daughter stranded in a gas station, which they must escape from within the next 12 hours.

As of yet there is still no release date for Case Zero, but during a press conference, the game’s producer announced it would be out a month before Dead Rising 2 hits the stores.

Now Dead Rising 2 is due out in October for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, so if this announcement is true, then around September time we should see Case Zero.
