BAFTA Games Awards 2014 – The Winners

The UK’s most prestigious videogames award ceremony was in attendance, ready to award the most talented teams and individuals from within the industry.  It’s an old cliché, but 2013 really was a great year for gaming.

Arguably the two standout giants of 2013 were Naughty Dogs The Last of Us which won 5 awards on the night and Rockstar Games Grand Theft Auto V winning 3 awards (excluding the Academy Fellowship award).  The PS Vita title Tearaway also had a successful ceremony winning 3 awards.

  • Strategy & Simulation: Papers Please (Lucas Pope)
  • Mobile & Handheld: Tearaway (Media Molecule)
  • Original Music: Bioshock Infinite (Irrational Games)
