Space Marine Exterminatus Now Live!

The free Exterminatus mode for THQs Warhammer 40K: Soace Marine is now live for PS3 and Steam versions of the game, with the Xbox version supposed to go live “soon”. The content will be added automatically through an update when you start the game

Exterminatus sees 4 players take on the role of either a tactical, devastator or assault marine (and their many combinations of weapons and perks) in a fight to the death and against each other to lay claim to the highest score. So far there are two modes available –  “Assault on Hab Center Andreas” and “Escape From Kalkys Facility” – and both have full leaderboard compatibility so your not only fighting for a high score amongst your friends.

Ranks and unlocks are shared between Exterminatus and competitive multiplayer, so it’ll be a nice way to boost your power.

I thoroughly enjpyed Space Marine, it came out of no where and got me into the 40K universe, so a chance to go back for some horde mode antics sounds like a plan to me.
