The Last Of Us: Remastered – Free Maps Revealed, Out Now!

Last week developers Naughty Dog announced that as a gift for online matchmaking issues with The Last of Us: Remastered, they will be giving us two free maps for those that own the game.  Well the kind developers have revealed what the two free maps will be.

The free maps are Beach, which is described as “excellent map for long-range experts”.  While the second map Financial Plaza is said to be “ideal for both sniping and close quarters combat.”

The free maps will be available for both the PS3 version of The Last of Us, as well as the PS4’s The Last of Us: Remastered.  In addition a new Scoped Weapons Bundle has been announced, available to purchase for the PS3 and PS4.

The next time you fire up The Last of Us, an update should start downloading that will include to two free maps.  If not, once you fire up the game and select Factions from the main menu, the update should download that way too.
