The terminals in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary played a big role in leaving cookie crumbs that would build up to the events of Halo 4.  They offered an intriguing back-story and were well worth hunting down.  Now those terminals will be making a return in Halo 2: Anniversary and this time they will be leaving cookie crumbs for the story of Halo 5: Guardians.  The terminals in Halo 2: Anniversary will be from the perspective of Arbiter.

This was revealed via an in-depth interview with Eurogamer, in the interview 343 Industries big boss Bonnie Ross revealed details for Halo 5’s new engine, new characters, the continuation of Master Chief’s story and the beta access that will be included in copies of Halo: The Master Chief Collection and much more.  It’s an interview that all Halo fans should check out.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection will release for the Xbox One on November 11th and the collection will include Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3 and Halo 4, and it will include all the multiplayer maps from all the respected games.
