Batman-Return-To-Arkham-1

Following on from the leaked image of a GameStop in-store advertisement , which not only revealed that the Batman: Arkham Collection would contain remastered versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, it also revealed a June release date.  But yet another image has leaked, confirming one of gaming’s recent worst kept secrets.

This time the image posted on Reddit, contains an image from an Italian Warner Bros. magazine of the Batman: Arkham Collection cover art, as well as backing up the previously leaked June release date, as well as a PEGI 16 rating and that it will release on PS4 and Xbox One.  In fact, the leaked cover image actually reveals that the collection will be called “Return to Arkham”.

The collection of games will include all previously released DLC for both games, but it also seems more evident that Batman: Arkham Origins (developed by WB Montreal and not Rocksteady) won’t be included, which while it’s not the best game, I still feel that it should have its place.

So, other than the fact that this is yet another leak confirming its in-coming existence, it just begs one question…why won’t Warner Bros. just come out and officially announce it already?  Especially considering it’s in a WB magazine!  Of course when that announcement is made, we’ll be here to update you right away.
