HaloFest is almost upon us and of course so is the release date for quite possibly the most anticipated collection of games to date with Halo: The Master Chief Collection.  With this collection of games you will get access to the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta, which kicks off this December.  During HaloFest, one of the highlights of the day will be the worldwide gameplay reveal of that Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta, so to help you get into the spirit of Halo (like you’d really need motivating), a batch of stunning new screenshots have been released for one of the maps included in the beta called Breakdown.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection releases for the Xbox One and also includes Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3 and Halo 4, all running at a beautiful 1080p/60fps.  The collection will also include the digital TV series Halo: Nightfall which will introduce one of the protagonists of Halo 5: Guardians with Spartan Locke.
