Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD Boxart, Screenshots & Gameplay

Initially announced in June, we should be seeing Wind Waker HD releasing for the Wii U on the 4th October this year in Europe, but the confirmed US release date hasn’t been announced yet. Though we should be seeing it in October as well. It will be available as a physical copy (with fantastic box art) and on the e-store.

On top of updated graphics, we will also be seeing a couple of changes to the game play. We will see a new item only shown to us as a red sail, that you attach to your boat to make the sailing speed twice as fast. On top of that, there are supposedly changes to the collection-heavy aspect of the original 2003 version. Finally, there is also a change to the Wind Waker itself, supposedly making it easier to control the winds. Finally, there will be some welcome changes to the collection-heavy aspect of the game.
