Yakuza: Ishin – Stunning Screenshots For A Game That Most Will Never Play

Some beautiful new screenshots have been released for the Yakuza series spin-off, Yakuza: Ishin.  This will be the second Yakuza spin-off in recent years, following the wacky zombie infested Yakuza: Dead Souls.  Though unlike many of its Yakuza counterparts, at this time it is very unlikely that Yakuza: Ishin will release on European and American shores and if you really want to play this game, then importing seems the only viable option.

Yakuza: Ishin is set during the late 1800’s in Edo Japan, and is smack bang in the middle of the Meiji Restoration.  Recently a playable demo was released in Japan.  Let’s hopes that Yakuza: Inshin will release on our shores (just don’t hold your breath).  In the mean time, feast your eyes on the gorgeous screenshots to see what most of us will be missing out on, along with a gameplay trailer released a few months back.
