F.E.A.R. Is Coming Back… Just Not The Way You Expect

I personally loved the F.E.A.R (First Encounter Assault Recon) series. Even the third one was actually a fun and solid shooter, however the first two games were true F.E.A.R experience. It was one of the first games that really blended AAA quality scripting with classic horror jump scares. I remember thinking when playing the first game, that I have only seen effects like these in movies. So you can guess how much of an impressive experience it was!

So now, here we are with the unveiling of a new game in the F.E.A.R series, and let me tell you, I did not see this coming.  F.E.A.R Online is the upcoming game that was revealed with a trailer by Aeria Games, who are developing this. Most impressively, it is going to be free-to-play! Now I don’t know what most of you think of this news, but I am oddly interested. It at least seems to be as tense as the previous games which is a good thing. But, for now we can only speculate what the game will be like.
