Gran Turismo 7 gets its biggest update ever!

When Gran Turismo 7 was released in 2022 for PS5 and PS4 it launched to high critical acclaim from pretty much across the board.

I myself sang the praises of Gran Turismo 7 in my review for its gameplay, visuals, modes and much more. However, developers Polyphony Digital increased the grind of GT7 post-launch which the studio has fixed following its controversy.

That being said, it seems that Gran Turismo 7 is on the way to being the game that it once was, perhaps now even more so following its latest update which looks to be its biggest to date.

Not only does patch 1.40 add seven new cars, a new circuit Menus campaigns, and 50 new challenges, but it’s even added local split-screen mode, for four players! Back in the day four-player split-screen co-op was a common practice, but not so much in this current generation. The patch is available now and should download the moment you boot up GT7, also you have your console on auto-update in sleep mode.

Gran Turismo 7 is out now on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
