Hellblade – Developer Diary – The Announcement & Art Inspiration
At this year’s Gamescom an exciting new game called Hellblade was announced that is being developed by Ninja Theory, the team behind Heavenly Sword, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West and 2013’s rebooted Devil May Cry. I know Ninja Theory have stated that this isn’t a sequel to the much underappreciated Heavenly Sword, but Hellblade certainly seems to have that vibe.
Since the Gamescom announcement, not much has really been known in regards to Hellblade, but that is about to change, as Ninja Theory has released two developer diaries and there’s bound to be more to come in the near future. The first developer diary entitled The Announcement was released on August 26th, but I’ll include that one in here for you and the second (and new) developer diary is entitled Art Inspiration.
