My people, sons and daughters of Helghan, this much I vow. Too long has our history been overlooked, our oppression at the hands of the enemy gone forgotten, but no more! On October 24th we will release a chronicling of the fight against the ISA. A complete collection of the Killzone trilogy.

For the first time in high definition, and with full trophy support, we will be able to witness the invasion the invasion of Vekta by the glorious Helghan army, an event many of the last generation missed out on.

Following our defeat at the hands of the ISA, we will then be able to partake in entries 2 and 3, chronicling the devastating counter-attack against our people, complete with all the battlefields previously released as extra content. Never has there been a more complete collection of the war.

While owning the trilogy will be great for those who have forgotten, or never been involved with the war, for those of us who have fought through the ISA invasion this may be a high price just to experience the beginnings of the conflict in HD. No intelligence has reached us of a possible separate hard distribution, instead being solely available as a digital version, but I assure you that as soon as we find anything else we will let you know.

Don’t forget our history, remember the fight for Helghan, experience the glory of the Killzone trilogy!

[In not-Scholar-Visari-speak: Killzone is getting a trilogy boxset for the PS3, comprising of a HD remake of Killzone 1, and Killzone 2 and 3 with all the DLC packs. Set for a price of around £40 this is a bargain for three fantastic games, but for those of us who still own 2 and 3 and just want to own a physical version of the first game in HD it may be a bit steep. At least thankfully it will be available as a standalone download off PSN. Though I do like the look of that box…]
