Persona 4: Dancing All Night Receives New Story Details

Did you expect a spin-off of Persona 4 focused on dancing to come packed with oodles of plot? You didn’t? Well… SURPRISE! Publisher Atlus have released a bunch of details to accompany Persona 4: Dancing All Night’s E3 trailer, that provides us with a better understanding of the game’s various modes.

Well the plot won’t be as heavy as the main game, but will follow a similar premise. When an Idol group goes missing it is up to our Persona wielding investigators to venture into the Midnight Channel in search of them. But the only way to rescue them is through the power of DANCE! Looking absolutely fabulous whilst doing so is also a nice bonus.

It seems the Story Mode will feature visual novel style cutscenes that will split up the gameplay, giving the player choices to make that may influence the outcome of the narrative. Customisation also seems to be a big factor, with bundles of outfits, songs and stages to choose from for each character.

Persona 4: Dancing All Night will be launching exclusively for the PlayStation Vita on September 29th 2015 in North America and Europe.
