Finally, after weeks of speculation, Capcom have graced us with good news for the Resident Evil franchise. After the lacklustre Resident Evil 6 the team really needed a win and while I can’t say that taking a game and just porting it to another console is the best of news, the fact that it is this game makes it great to hear. The original 3DS version of Revelations opened to high praise and honestly raised my hopes for the success of Resident Evil 6. It has great atmosphere, gameplay and replay value via a brilliant multiplayer mode that didn’t take away from the horror of the main storyline.
Resident Evil Revelations shall be coming to the PS3, Xbox 360, PC and Wii U on the 24th of May, 2013.
