Sorcery, the oft-delayed Playstation Move title is finally nearing release, due fir release in the US on May 22nd, and in Europe later on the 25th. Designed from the ground up to utilise the Move controller to its full potential, Sorcery is all about using a magic wand to conger spells, both offensive and defensive.

Battling, puzzles and adventuring are on the cards, while using precise one to one movement to aim your spells in this skill-based gameplay experience. The colourful fantasy world is full of many gameplay experiences, and you’ll come across new spells as you go, including a deep combo system for those willing to learn the most effective combat style, as well as an alchemy system to level your character. The development diary below details these aspects and more, while finally giving us a look at how the final game is looking, as it did go silent for some time.

Move required games aren’t that common, with most developers offering an either-or proposition for gamers with a DualShock, it’s certainly going to be interesting to see how Sorcery turns out when it releases later this month.

Sorcery is due for release May 22nd in the US, and May 25 in Europe exclusively for the Playstation 3 and requires Playstation Move.
