Super Mario 3D World Trailer “10 New Things in Super Mario 3D World”

A brand new trailer for Super Mario 3D World has been released in today’s Nintendo Direct, along with some screenshots of a brand new playable character, Super Mario Galaxy’s Rosalina. The trailer lists the ten new “things” as follows:

• Touchscreen & Microphone Gameplay – interact with the stage using the touchscreen and microphone.
• Golden Express Stage – Catch a ride on a golden train overflowing with coins.
• Captain Toad Levels – Collect 5 stars in a puzzling 3D world without jumping.
• Speed Run Levels – Rush to the end with the clock set to 100.
• Mystery Houses – Complete rapid-fire challenges for green stars.
• Motley Boss Blob – Take on a giant boss as an ever-growing army of clones.
• Top-Down Shooter Stage – Cut down waves of enemies in an old-school shooter level.
• Kart-Style Stage – Dash to the finish Mario Kart style.
• Unlockable Bonus Game – If you have New Super Luigi U save data you can play Luigi Bros. right out of the box.
• Unlockable 5th Character – Play as Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy and use her spin attack.
