March 29th, that’s when we can expect to play the latest virtual adaptation of The Walking Dead franchise.

Also imparted upon us is a somewhat underwhelming, nineteen second long trailer – it seems Activision are about as excited to release the game as Norman Reedus and Michael Rooker are to promote it.

As its sooner-than-expected deadline quickly approaches, the publisher remains reluctant to give much else away regarding their TV-inspired, first-person shooter, courtesy of Terminal Reality. We do have these recently released screenshots, but they paint a generic, underwhelming and uninformative picture.

It’s certainly disconcerting to see a huge franchise garner so little promotional support. One can’t help but be cynical in situations like these, and presume that there’s simply nothing of quality worth promoting.

Hopefully we’ll be proven wrong. If Telltale managed to rise, phoenix-like, from the travesty that was Jurassic Park: The Game, perhaps those responsible for Kinect Star Wars can also do this behemoth justice.
