Netflix Shares Two New Images of Resident Evil Infinite Darkness Favourites
Netflix has shared two new still images for series veterans in the forthcoming animated series, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness.
The two images in question are from non-other than Claire Redfield and Leon S. Kennedy, the pair who first became acquainted in classic survival horror title Resident Evil 2.
In a tweet coming courtesy of the Netflix Twitter account, they said “When biohazards run wild, only a pair of veteran zombie slayers can get the job done.”
In the very same tweet, it was confirmed that Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness will be canon to that of the popular video game series.

Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness will be produced by TMS Entertainment with executive producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi who has experience working on both the live-action and animated movies including Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, Resident Evil: Vendetta and Resident Evil: Damnation.
This is the second Resident Evil series from Netflix, as we will also be getting a live-action series which focuses on two 14-year-old Wesker twins Billie and Jade during the T-Virus outbreak and beyond. Details on the live-action series can be found here.
Both the live-action and animated series will be coming to Netflix in 2021.
