Spiderman Casted!

Our favourite web-slinger has been casted this week. Take a look at what teenager will be filling the red and blue spandex.
Josh Hutchinson, known for his role as Steve in The Vampires Assistant (2009) will be playing Peter Parker in his teenage years. The new film will focus around when Spidey went to school and the troubles he will face whilst being there. In the first movie it was never given much screen time, however now an entire movie will be based upon it.
No word yet on super-villains although a lot of rumours point towards Shocker. It has been confirmed that the film will feature the death of Uncle Ben.

Not happy with Josh playing Peter, Toby Maguire was bad enough but now this guy too!?
I think that josh will be an interesting pick for peter, he fits the nerdy role so hopefully he does good on the hero role as well. Im hoping that they show eddie brock in high school too, they better pick someone good for him unlike the choice of topher in spiderman 3. As for the shocker, I think it will be ok as the villain, but it would be nice to show mysterio, alltough I think hes a later villain like venom or croc.
