aang3D

The Last Airbender will be getting the 3D treatment July 2nd. With the special effects looking amazing this looks promising.

The film however was not shot with 3D cameras therefore you will not be able to see it like this in every cinema you go to. I would image a select few in London would feature this.

The special effects of the bending look so amazing I think 3D could work. I think water will be the element to look out for when this happens. As far as scenes go, I would say where Aang goes into the avatar state, the 3D will make it look phenominal.

On another note on the movie ALL the names have been changed from their original translations eg. instead of Sohka being pronounced sock-a it will be pronounced So-ka. Another is instead of avatar it will be called oo-atar.

Not very pleasing but my hopes are being raised even more.

Unless the movie was planned to be shot in 3D from the beginning, I can't see it being that good to look.

The movie could still be fun to see and hopefully it doesn't stray too far from the cartoon series.
