Where and When To Watch 2018 #TheGameAwards
Another year, another Game Awards, and one that looks to be even more exciting compared to the last year with brand new video game reveals, live musical performances and a line-up of brilliant video game nominations presented by well known Hollywood and videogame figures, all brought together by Geoff Keighley.
Whilst the event is officially showing on the 6th of December US time, those of us in the UK will be able to catch the live show on the 7th of December at 01:30 A.M. We have attached the YouTube embed below which is where you will officially be able to check it out.
The event will be streamed in 4K Ultra HD, and will also be available on Twitch, Steam TV, Facebook Live, PSN and Xbox Mixer just to name a few. As you can imagine there is a lot of choice available to watch it on a device of your choice, whether it be a PC, Console or Mobile.
So, be sure to tune in to watch it live as guests like the Russo Brothers (Dir. Avengers Infinity War), Christopher Waltz (Actor. Inglorious Bastards, Django Unchained) as well as musicians such as Lorne Balfe (composer. Assassin’s Creed III, Revelations, and Mission Impossible: Fallout), Sarah Schachner (Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Anthem) and more will be performing live.
Not to mention, we may or may not get an update on the new Court of Owls Batman game, as well as finally getting a look at the next Alien game. Lastly, be sure to check out the exciting sizzle reel below, made by the creator of the show, Geoff Keighley himself.
Every year I really enjoy the creative process of personally editing a teaser/hype video for #TheGameAwards. Here’s what I put together this year. It’s not meant to tease, just celebrate how much this industry means to me. Hope you’ll join us Thursday as we walk between worlds. pic.twitter.com/BaQ9aQT1pR
