We’ve only seen a little bit of Microsoft’s Windows Holographic hardware so far, but in a move to get Joe Public on board and aware of the mega corporation’s HoloLens technologythey’ve offered a glimpse of what sports entertainment may look like with the system. No event is bigger in the good’ol US of A then that of NFL’s Superbowl so as a partner they’ve created a blog entry on the future of the sport.

The untethered holographic computer not allow provides a massive augmented reality HD projection to any wall, but also allows wearers to interact with virtual constructs in your living room.

What do you think? If another sport like Formula One or the Premier League jumped on board, would this sway you to purchasing the device?

Developement version of the HoloLens is available Q1 2016.
