Update: Fallout: Shelter is out now for Android devices via the Google Play Store.

Fallout: Shelter has been available for Apple devices since E3 last month and Android owners have had to wait very patiently for their turn to see what all the fuss is about.  Thankfully it has been confirmed at QuakeCon that Fallout: Shelter will be available to download to Android devices for free from August 13th.
