Long time mentioned but nothing detailed, publisher Activision have finally dished as to how exactly Guitar Hero Live will be coming to the various Apple devices later this year. In a new blog post today, the company confirms that a special Bluetooth six-button guitar controller bundle will be launched with the game (I assume via redeemable code for the app) and work across the Apple TV, iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch range allowing more even more wanna be rock stars to play in more places.

No news on the cost of the bundle, but it’s listed that all versions Guitar Hero Live will be released 23rd October 2015 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Wii U and select mobile devices. For an extensive list of all the tracks that have been announced so far, head over to the official website and check out our coverage.

What do you think? Would you only play Guitar Hero Live in front of your TV in the living room, or could you see the mood taking you to jam on the number 200 bus home?
