First Sreenshots from Joe Danger Touch for iOS Revealed

Joe Danger is a fantastic side-scrolling stunt racer which arrived via download for the Playstation 3 back in 2010. Since then, it’s made its way to the Xbox 360, and it’s now heading to the portable arena with Joe Danger Touch. The core gameplay revolves around controlling Joe on his motorbike as he makes his way through various stunt courses, collecting items and performing over the top tricks as you go, aiming for the high score through clever use of the environment and perfect timing.

Hello Games have today released the first screenshots from the title, and it’s clear that the colourful aesthetics and charm haven’t been lost in translation. Of course, the game’s controls have been completely overhauled for the touch interface to perform all the various stunts, resulting in a smooth experience on the go. It’s not simply a port of the console version however, as it will have 50 new levels, unlockable characters, as well as Game Center integration for the competitive aspects.

Keep a look out for Joe Danger Touch later this year, and if you haven’t given it a try before, head on over the Playstation Store or Xbox Live Arcade to have a go at the demo.
