The next Pokémon Go Community Day has been announced hot off the heels of the Charmander event from last weekend.  On Saturday June 16th from 10am to 1pm, an increased number of Larvitar Pokémon will be appearing in the wild.  As always with these kinds of events, you’ll have the chance to acquire all forms of Larvitar as a shiny, as well as earning 3x XP and Lures will last up to three hours.  Larvitar will also come with an exclusive move only acquired during this community day.

The Shiny’s on offer!

Finally, it has also been announced that soon we’ll be seeing Pokémon from the Alola region, which in a nutshell are Kanto region Pokémon in tropical Alolan forms.  Fans of the 3DS/2DS video games will know what to expect as they were first seen in Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon.  We don’t know exact dates as to when the Alola Pokémon will appear, but expect them to arrive in the coming weeks.
