Next Pokémon GO Community Day detailed with Bulbasaur

Over the weekend, we had our latest Pokémon Go Community Day with Dratini as its centre piece with it appearing in the wild far more frequently within a three-hour period, with the chance of catching its shiny alternative.  Not to mention with Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza all appearing at Gym’s for Raid Battles (which will carry on until March 5th).

However, the next Pokémon Go Community Day has been detailed and dated with Bulbasaur being the star and one would assume that we’ll have a chance of catching the shiny alternative too, which will be a first for the creature in this game.  Like previous Community Day events, you’ll have three hours to take part with the event kicking off on Sunday, March 25th, running from 10am to 1pm.  The event will also offer triple capture XP, three hour Lures and a special move for Bulbasaur, which is yet to be confirmed.

Finally, in case you didn’t know, today is Pokémon Day, celebrating the anniversary of the original Pokémon Red and Green launching for the Game Boy in Japan.  So to celebrate, over the next 48 hours, we’ll see the return of the Birthday Hat Pikachu which also grants us the opportunity to catch its shiny version.
