The latest Pokémon GO event is now upon us with the Eggstravaganza for all your egg hatching goodness!  The event will take place from today (March 22nd) and will end on April 2nd.

During this event a “greater variety” of Pokémon will be found in 2km Eggs and Pokémon such as Wynault and Ralts, of whom are normally found in 5km and 10km Eggs, now have a chance of hatching from 2km Eggs.  There will also be an increased hatch rate for Pichu and Togepi, the later I’m particularly pleased about as I’ve only ever had the one.

In addition, every Egg hatched will provide bonus Candy and there will also be double Stardust available throughout the event.  As always with these events, there will be special in-game shop boxes which include the likes of Super Incubators, particularly handy for 10km Eggs and Star Pieces, which by doubling your Stardust alone (when activating Star Pieces), you will actually quadruple your Stardust if used during the event when normal double Star Dust is active for all.
