XCOM: Enemy Unknown Set to Release on iOS

XCOM: Enemy Unknown is a phenomenal turn-based strategy game. Seeing the game in motion and how it controls, you would think it would make a perfect match for iOS devices. It appears as though Firaxis Games have also realized this, as they have announced that XCOM: Enemy Unknown will be arriving on the App Store this summer. Amazingly the port is said to provide the full XCOM experience, which would be an incredible accomplishment if true.

Tweaks have been made to the UI to make it more intuitive for the iOS devices, such as using the pinch gesture to control the camera, and swiping to change character.
