Action Henk An Upcoming “Sliding-Platformer” Release Date Announced

Now, I know what you are thinking, Action who? Well even though there has not been a lot of media coverage surrounding this title it certainly deserves it.  The title is inspired by 90 toys and as you can guess 90’s videogames. Action Heck is a fast-paced sliding-platformer, similar to Sonic The Hedgehog but with Action Henk and sliding!

 

The game looks fantastic and the guys over at RageSquid have done an amazing job over the past 18 months creating the game. Action Henk will put players to the task with over 45 time-trials and the ability to challenge your friends’ ghost runs on the online leaderboards. You will be able to unlock new characters and costumes, and even create your very own stages in a level editor.

You can already snag it on Steam Early Access for £6.99/$9.99, though it’s going to go up a few pounds upon its official release where it will cost £10.99/$14.99. Or you can get the Deluxe Edition with the soundtrack for £13.99/$19.99. Action Henk will be releasing on May 11th on Steam in the US and Europe.
