Alien: Isolation – Low-Fi Sci-Fi Developer Diary
Sega and The Creative Assembly have released the latest developer diary for the forthcoming Alien: Isolation. With the iconic Alien movie franchise, especially with the cult classic original from 1979, it was set in a future world, but with it being made in the 1970’s, the vision of technology was rather chunky (that’s the best was I could describe it). To make Alien: Isolation feel truly authentic to the original movie, this had to be replicated in the game.
So in this latest developer diary entitled The Low-fi Sci-fi of Alien: Isolation, we hear from the developers at The Creative Assembly of how they managed to replicate the somewhat futuristic retro feel into their game.
Alien: Isolation will release during Q4 for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
