Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag – Blackbeard’s Wrath Multiplayer DLC Out Now
Good news fans of Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag, well multiplayer fans anyway, as the Blackbeard’s Wrath DLC is available to download now. This is the first DLC pack for Black Flag and it will include three new characters such Blackbeard himself, the deadly Orchid and the mystical Jaguar. It is available today for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 via the Xbox Marketplace, and also for PC owners. Then it will release tomorrow for the PS4 and PS3 via PSN.
Blackbeard’s Wrath will be included in the ACIV: Black Flag Season Pass at no extra cost. If you’re thinking of owning this DLC and especially the singleplayer content, the Season Pass will certainly be worth a considered purchase, as it will offer you all the DLC at a discounted price (in comparison to purchasing the DLC individually).
The Season Pass costs £15.99 for Playstation owners and £20 for Xbox owners and will include Blackbeard’s Wrath, the Season Pass exclusive The Kraken Ship Pack; extra singleplayer missions including the all new story mission Freedom Cry starring Edwards second in command Adewale. The Season Pass will also include additional singleplayer missions, weapons, skins and extra collectibles, as well as added multiplayer DLC and characters.
Coming straight from Ubisoft, here’s the all you need to know details on the Blackbeard’s’ Wrath DLC pack:
Blackbeard, wielding a sword and a short temper is not to be trifled with. His reputation as a feared pirate is justly received and his preferred kill moves include using his tremendous strength to throw his targets off balance and then quickly finishing them with one clean strike.
The Orchid, a Templar-friendly deadly assassin grew up in China, serving as a military advisor in the Quing dynasty where she honed her murderous skills. She executes opponents swiftly and gracefully with her katana, an extension of her mind and body.
The Jaguar, Cuali, an Aztec warrior from Mexico, took to the sea to fight against the Spanish conquest of Central America. A fighter, he survived the destruction of his community and joined forces with a growing contingency of native Templars who sought renewed peace and order. Driven by a mystical force, The Jaguar fights like his namesake, striking swiftly and quietly with his preferred weapon, a discreet axe.
All three characters are available in Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag multiplayer starting Tuesday, where they will join the hunt for survival.
