In what seems to be the worst kept secret in gaming during recent times, yet more details have leaked for Assassin’s Creed: Origins. Again, I suppose while Ubisoft continue to keep their eyes closed until E3, the leaks aren’t happening, at least from their perspective.

However, this time the leak comes in the form of a Gold Edition pre-order card, an edition that is very common with Ubisoft titles which always includes a season pass at the very least.  The pre-order card seen below shows at least one of the rumoured two playable protagonists with an eagle on his shoulder.  Unless, the eagle is the second playable character?! MIND…BLOWN!

The card also details a pre-order bonus mission by the name of Secrets of the First Pyramid, so you can bet your bottom dollar that we’ll be venturing into mystical Pyramids with puzzle segments.  We already know that this game will be set in ancient Egypt with an origins story on the Assassin Brotherhood, so this latest news backs-up all the previous leaks further.

So far we’ve had leaks from an alleged inside source of Ubisoft, a screenshot and more recently, a t-shirt.  Of course Assassin’s Creed: Origins will be officially unveiled at E3 this weekend and when it does, just to be polite, get practising your best shocked and surprise face for the benefit of Ubisoft.
