Without question Assassin’s Creed: Unity was one of the standout stars of E3 with its stunning gameplay footage, so good in fact that it sparked debate as to whether it was a cleverly rendered and well put together cutscene for the benefit of E3.  But as that E3 co-op gameplay footage turned out, it was genuine and the game does look that dam good!

We’ve not see much more since the E3 showing, but today Ubisoft has released another stunning gameplay trailer for one of their flagship franchises.  Assassin’s Creed: Unity will be set during the French Revolution in the late 1700’s, so to help get us up to speed with the history lesson, Ubisoft has released an ‘Inside the Revolution’ trailer that detail’s the plot behind AC: Unity’s story.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity will release for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One worldwide on October 28th.  Ubisoft are also expected to release details soon (hopefully a gameplay trailer) for Assassin’s Creed: Comet that is set to release for the PS3 and Xbox 360 (presumably Wii U also).  Check out the new trailers below.

There will also be a picking of various Assassins’ Creed: Unity special editions to choose from, you can check them out here.
