Basil Hawkins, Luffy Snakeman & Katakuri Join One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 as Playable Characters

 

Bandai Namco Entertainment this past week announced Basil Hawkins, Sweet Commander Katakuri Charlotte & Luffy’s Snakeman transformation as playable characters for One Piece Pirate Warriors 4. Hawkins, who is an antagonist in the current Wano Country Arc in the manga, has a unique fortune telling ability, which you can see in action below via a short clip from the publisher.

There were also a handful of screens from the original Wano Country Arc, produced exclusively for the game, as seen above.

Finally, this week in Thailand, producer Katsuaki Tsuzuki confirmed the story would begin at Alabasta, in order to give more of a focus to current events. More interesting points of note were that of the inclusion of Jack as a giant boss, and Carrot’s Sulong transformation will only occur at night.

One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 will release in 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch & PC.
