Back in June, Batman: Return to Arkham was unexpectedly delayed a month before its release with no new release date set, which sparked various rumours as to whether the game might not actually release.  Then in July, more rumours surfaced stating that the game might not actually release until this November, WB Games remained tight lipped on these rumours.

However, WB Games has now given us a new release date and Batman: Return to Arkham will now release for PS4 and Xbox One on October 21st.  And to mark the new release date announcement, a side-by-side comparison trailer has been released, comparing the PS3 and PS4 versions of the game, which can be found below.

Batman: Return to Arkham will feature Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, both remastered using the Unreal Engine 4, though it won’t include Batman: Arkham Origins oddly enough.  The collection will however come with all previously released DLC for both games.

Batman: Return to Arkham will release for PS4 and Xbox One on October 21st.
