Battlefield 3 Double XP Weekend

From 12:01am PST (8pm GMT) on May 12th till 11:59pm PST (8am GMT) on May 13th, Gametrailers reports that all Battlefield 3 players on PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 will be rewarded with double XP in all modes and maps.
Players will be able to see what extra XP they have earned when the end of game report is displayed, and will come up as “Additional Points”.
This is a great incentive to get players back in the field of Battlefield 3 for the upcoming Close Quarters DLC which will be released on all platforms in June.
